Managing the Leave Authorisation Workflow in any organisation is a tedious task when performed manually and is fraught with misuse and sub-optimal authority enforcement.

Several Open Source applications are available. They range from full fledged HRMs (Human Resource Management Systems) to just plugins of various CMS (Content Management Systems).
